Since I'm such a whiz at
making seitan now, I wanted to try another new dish featuring it. This is from the
Vegan Yum Yum cookbook. This was nothing special, but was easy and quick. I think frying up the
seitan a bit would have made a great improvement, as was everything was a bit soft and there were no great textural differences. Some
sriracha on top was the perfect accompaniment.
